The full booking is made on condition that you make a 30% non-refundable deposit. When you cancel your stay less than 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, if you cancel more than 21 days before arrival we will refund 50% of the deposit. The rest of the payment for the stay plus the tourist tax is payable on the day of arrival. There is no possibility to shorten the previously determined stay, the guest is required to pay the full amount for the stay in accordance with the booking arrangements. By paying the deposit, you accept the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
